Maintenance

Your apartment home will have a full maintenance inspection to ensure all items are ready for your move-in. 

Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance available.

You can log into your resident portal online and enter a service request.

A service request would need to be submitted to inform our maintenance team an issue needs to be addressed in your apartment home.

You do not have to be home when service is performed in your apartment home.

During business hours a resident can request to use our master key with an ID provided. A locksmith would need to be contacted after hours. 

Amenities

Indoor/outdoor fitness center, resort style pool with jumboscreen, bark park, pet spa, green spaces/courtyard, bike racks, storage units, resident lounge, package lockers, indoor mail center, conference room, 18 private workspaces for resident use, fire pits, grilling stations and private/fenced yards in select units. 

Yes, we will have covered, reserved, and open parking onsite. 

$400 non-refundable pet fee per pet with two pets maximum.

No, however, residents will complete a pet profile and have their animal approved per our third-party pet screening company. 

Yes, and it also includes a pet spa.

Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

All packages will be delivered to our package lockers and all residents will have 24-hour access.

Treadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster, virtual training spin bike, free weights, selectorized strength machines, rower, aire bike, outdoor fitness rig, and yoga equipment. 

Admin

Our leasing office is open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm and Sundays 1:00pm - 5:00pm.

Checks, money orders, certified funds or online payments. 

This is completed through your resident portal, you would set-up your account on auto pay or manually pay once a month.

Valet trash - $30, pest control - $5.00, amenity fee - $50, and bulk internet - $75 monthly.

Yes you are required to provide renter's insurance. 

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

60-day notice to vacate and reletting fee of 85% of one month's rent.

Directions

From IH-10 take exit 609 toward Austin Street / TX 123, and turn to head north on Austin Street. Continue straight one for one mile, and the Virginia will be on your right.
